Mine monetization is often done with bonds.
Once these bonds are created, there are 2 alternatives.
The first is there can be a credit line established against them.
The second method is for the bonds to be sold to raise the funds
to monetize the mine.
For more detailed information, attend one of the group calls that
the Wessta Exchange holds each Sunday and Wed. They normally speak
for about 5 - 10 minutes and then they open it up for questions on
just about anything, including, but not limited to gold, diamonds,
copper isotopes, currency exchanges, mine monetization etc.
